A mission debrief and the answer to “tell me about the hardest fault you have found” are the same artifact: symptom, what you checked and in what order, what the evidence said, root cause, how you proved it. The difference is that one of them is about a machine that exists.
Log a fault the day you fix it and you will not be reconstructing it from memory eight months later, in a room, under pressure, with someone who knows the trade asking follow-up questions. Start with one you already remember — the log is more useful the longer it runs.
Everything stays in this browser. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account. Export to Markdown whenever you want it somewhere safer — and do, because clearing site data would take it.
